I give the preparation a god amount of time to explain and guide you into an understanding of how your body works during birth. you get access to knowledge about the nervousystem and the hormones. you learn how to prevent both in pregnancy, birth and the post partum. you also get access to thorough knowledge on how to be cooping with the birth sensations. A deep and safe embodiment of strategies on how to work with the breath is maintained.
